We manage property on contract for owners in our developments and elsewhere in Kyiv. Owners receive a monthly report; residents get one number to call.

SIRIENITI KHILS TOV ("Serenity Hills", "we") organises the construction of buildings, buys, sells and lets its own property, manages property and provides consulting. A home is the most private place a person has, and we treat data about residents accordingly. This policy follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

1. Controller

2. Buyers and tenants

Identity documents, tax numbers, contacts, contracts, payment records and, for tenants, rental application information. Property purchases involve financial monitoring checks required by law.

3. Residents

We keep a register of residents' contacts for emergencies, access cards or fobs, parking assignments and service requests. Entry logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Information about who lives in an apartment is never shared with other residents.

4. CCTV

Entrances, lobbies, car parks and the perimeter are monitored. Cameras do not cover apartment doors or windows. Recordings are kept for 30 days and released only on lawful request.

5. Owners

Owners using our management service provide ownership documents and bank details. They receive reports on their property, not personal data of other residents.

6. Commercial tenants and consulting clients

Business contacts, leases, payments and confidential project information.

7. Purposes and grounds

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property registration, financial monitoring, tax), legitimate interests (building security), consent (newsletters).

8. Recipients

Notaries and registrars, banks, utilities, maintenance contractors (apartment number and access time only), the police on lawful request. We do not sell personal data.

9. Retention

  • Sale records: at least 5 years after the transaction.
  • Leases: term plus 3 years.
  • Access logs: 3 months; CCTV 30 days.
  • Rejected rental applications: 3 months.

10. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
